How do i order

Just go to the SHOP section and make your selection. Please let us know if you have any special requests, allergies, etc.

If you would like to incorporate any specific cheeses or other ingredients, please reach out prior to placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.

Are taxes included?

No, the listed prices do not include taxes. Taxes and delivery will be calculated during checkout.

Question 3

How many days in advance do I need to place my order?

We require a  24-hour advance notice for all orders. However, if you have an urgent order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate. We charge a same day fee.

Question 4

Do you offer a cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for non-catering orders. For catering and custom orders we will offer a 50% refund if cancelled 7 days prior to event.

Will I receive exactly what is in the picture?

Since we source our ingredients locally and seasonally, exact items in your box/board are subject to change but be assured they will all showcase our attention to quality.

Question 6

Can I keep a box or board in the fridge overnight? What is the lifespan of a cheeseboard?

Accepted Answer

We recommend enjoying our charcuterie boards within a few hours of receiving. We recommend refrigerating until about 15-20 minutes prior to enjoying so the cheese can come up to room temperature. We do not suggest keeping it in the fridge overnight as that will prevent freshness, crispness of crackers and can ruin presentation.

Our Veggie Platters and salads may be refrigerated overnight.

Please note that our products may come into contact with the ingredients listed below, even if your specific platter doesn’t include them. If you have questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to the owner for more information.

Is your facility nut-free?

Accepted Answer

Our kitchen is not 100% nut-free. We work with a variety of nuts, and some of our crackers contain sesame seeds. If you or someone, you’re ordering for has an allergy, please make sure to let us know when placing your order.

Do you have vegan, vegetarian or kosher options?

We do not currently offer vegan options but please reach out to us if this is a requirement. While we are not kosher, we do offer Cheese only boards (vegetarian- no meat) and we can also substitute our pork salamis and prosciutto with beef salami, beef prosciutto, or turkey-based products. Our Caprese Sandwich uses Vegetarian mozzarella, so it is a great vegetarian option. If you have a special need or custom request, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Question 10

Do you include serving utensils?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will include spoons for Jams, honey dippers, and serving tongs. We do not include plates, napkins or cutlery. If you would like to include plates, napkins, or cutlery for your catering event, we can incorporate into the quote.

Can i include a personalized note?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we will be happy to include a personalized note free of charge. Please reach out to us to coordinate. We also offer add-ons such as wooden pics.
