DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes, we will deliver our boards directly to your door. If you are not in our delivery zone, please contact us.
DO YOUR PRICES INCLUDE DELIVERY?
No, we charge a flat rate depending on your delivery area.
Does someone need to be available to receive the delivery?
Yes, client needs to be readily available to receive the product as it needs to be refrigerated.
What happens if there is no one to receive the delivery or client doesn't pickup the board?
If there is no one there to receive the delivery we will bring the board back to our store and new delivery will need to be coordinated at the clients expense.
If board is not delivered within 24 hours we will need to dispose of it and the loss will be for the client.
Grove Platters cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries or deliveries rescheduled outside of the 24 hour window.
